 Use your guides to set the diameter of your frame and to mark the central point. |
 Made with a section from a Lace Brush in the Jubilee (Elizabeth Lace) Brush Collection. |
 On a new layer, paste your design. This can be a brush design, a section from a border design or anything else. Snap this in place centrally at the top guide. Copy and paste this and rotate 180 deg and snap centrally to the bottom guide. Merge these 2 layers together.

Copy and paste again. Rotate 90 deg. Merge these 2 layers together.

Copy and paste again. Rotate 45 deg. Merge these 2 layers together.

Copy and paste again. Rotate 22.5 deg. Merge these 2 layers together.

Continue in this fashion, halving the rotation degrees each time, eg 11.25 then 5.625 etc., until your design is complete.Finally add your drop shadow. |
